You make something. We make the glass part.
Whether that's one panel for a job you'd otherwise turn down, or four hundred parts a year for a product line. Back-painting, etching, bonding and bent glass, fabricated to your spec and shipped under your name.
We're not going around you.
The obvious worry when you send work to another shop is that the fabricator meets your customer and keeps them. We fabricate to your specification, it ships under your name, and we don't approach your client. That's the whole basis of the relationship. A trade account isn't worth much to us if you can't send us your best jobs.
Fabrication services
All of it under one roof on 145th Street. Send your glass or let us supply it, whichever is cheaper for the job.
Back-painting & color match
Matched to a chip, code or sample and held against that standard. Wall panels, table tops, component faces, marker boards that don't ghost.
Spec note: low-iron for whites and pale colors.
Etching & surface texture
Privacy panels, logos, banding, graduation marks and custom patterns. Abraded into the glass, so there is nothing to peel or fade.
Structural bonding
Cubes, vitrines, boxes and display cases where the corner has to disappear and the tolerance has to hold across a whole set.
Film graphics & digital print
Applied film and full-color printed imagery, for branding, product graphics and privacy zones.
Shaped & bent glass
Curves, radii and shapes most shops decline. Back-painted and bent at the same time if that's what the part needs.
Antique mirror supply
Thirteen patterns, tempered or annealed, as stock sheets or cut piece by piece to your list.
Flyway™ bird-safe etch
Five ABC-approved patterns at Threat Factors™ of 20 and 25. Run it as a trade item on your projects, or supply it as a component.

Low-iron & specialty substrates
Where clarity matters through a thick section, or a white has to read as white rather than mint.
Cutouts & finishing
Outlet, hardware and fixing cutouts, polished and beveled edges, so parts arrive ready to assemble rather than ready to rework.
Back-painted bent glass
Custom white low-iron, back-painted and curved, with flat panels finished to match, produced for Empirehouse. Two processes that fight each other, on the one substrate that shows every flaw. If you've been told a piece can't be made, send it here before you tell your customer no.
How a trade order runs
Same four steps whether it's one piece or the first release of an ongoing program. The only difference is whether we lock the process at the end.
Send the drawing
Sizes, substrate, color or pattern, tolerances. Tell us what the part has to survive in service, and whether this is a one-off or the start of something repeating.
Trade price back
Written, with a real lead time. If there's a cheaper way to build it, or if a tolerance isn't achievable in glass, you hear it now rather than at piece fifty.
First piece
Made the way production would make it, so what you approve is what you receive. For a one-off, this is the job.
Locked & repeatable
For anything repeating, fixtures and the color standard get locked against the approved piece. Piece four hundred matches piece one.
The odd parts are where jobs and programs both break
Big fabricators are efficient at standard product and awkward about everything else. Most jobs, and most manufactured products, have one glass component that isn't standard: the curved one, the color-critical one, the bonded one with a tolerance nobody wants to commit to. That's the piece we want.
- 28+ years of doing the parts other shops decline
- Every process under one roof: cut, paint, etch, bond, ship
- Prototype and production in the same building, so nothing changes between approval and supply
- Your glass or ours, single piece or repeat run
- Private label: we don't approach your customers
- A person who answers when a date moves

Questions from trade accounts
Will you sell directly to my customer?
No. Work is built to your spec and ships under your name, and we don't approach your end client. If we ever did, you'd stop sending us work, which would be a bad trade for us.
Can I send my own glass?
Yes. Ship us your glass for back-painting, etching or bonding, or we'll supply it as part of the order. Whichever is cheaper for the job.
What's the minimum order?
There isn't a hard one. Single pieces and repeat production runs both go through here, and pricing reflects the difference. Send the list.
Can you hold tolerance across a run?
Yes. That's the point of locking the process against an approved first piece. State your tolerances at quote rather than after the first order, so the fixturing is right from the start. If a tolerance isn't achievable in glass we'll say so at quote instead of discovering it at piece fifty.
How do you keep color consistent?
Matched to your standard and held against it. Specify low-iron glass for whites and pale colors. Standard float's green cast will shift a white regardless of paint accuracy, and it's the most common cause of a rejected first article.
Can you run bird-safe etch for us?
Yes. Our five Flyway™ patterns are ABC-approved, and we can etch surface 1 of glass you supply or furnish the finished unit. One thing to line up on spec work: we supply the insulating unit through an IGCC-certified partner where the project requires certification, or build it in-house to any configuration. Tell us which the spec calls for and we'll route it.
What volumes make sense?
We're a specialist shop, not a high-volume commodity plant. The sweet spot is parts where the difficulty is in the process rather than the count: bonded, painted, curved, color-critical. If you need ten thousand identical flat lites, a bigger fabricator will beat us on price and we'll tell you so.
How fast is turnaround?
Depends on the process and what's in the shop. Ask when you send the list and we'll give you a date we can hold rather than an optimistic one. If you're stuck on a job, call. We'd rather tell you we can't fit it than string you along for a week.
Send us the piece nobody else will quote.
That's usually how these relationships start.
