What we collect
We collect what you type into our contact forms. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your company or organization, your role, and your type of business
- Your city or suburb, and a project name and location
- Project details: the products or services you're interested in, glass patterns you're considering, what's driving a bird-safe glass requirement, IGCC certification needs, quantities and volume, timelines, bid dates and delivery dates
- Anything you write in the notes or details box
- Files and photos you upload with the commercial, trade partner and bird glass forms
Photos taken on a phone often carry the location where they were taken, stored inside the file. If that's a concern, remove the location data before you upload, or send the photos without it.
With each inquiry we also record the time it was sent and the page it was sent from. Like any website, our hosting provider handles basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry and to prepare quotes. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept in our business email for as long as we need them to respond to you and for our business records. Our email delivery provider keeps message logs for a limited period.
